Manager
The role of the General Manager is crucial to the success of Hummus Republic’s profitability and growth. The General Manager is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned store, this includes various duties such as operation excellence, guest satisfaction, employee relations, financials, etc. We are looking for skilled and highly motivated restaurant managers who meet our requirements. Ultimately, you will ensure all aspects of your store run smoothly and effectively with the Hummus concept in tack. If you’re a leader committed to quality service, have experience in our industry, and are looking for a company that offers professional growth, we’d like to meet you. Keep in mind we’re a franchise on which we’re constantly growing and there’s always room for growth.
- 3+ year of restaurant experience in leadership role
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Handling customer relations and problem solving
- Ensures team members are effectively executing our service model
- Ensures team members follow all proper uniform and attire standard
- Effectively executes the Opening and Closing Checklist
- Ensures health and safety standards are followed
- Foster and maintain a positive work environment
Shift Lead
As a Shift Lead, you will contribute to the success of Hummus Republic by assisting the management team and maintain the Hummus Republic experience for our guests and associates. At Hummus Republic, we’ve created a better place to eat and work. We take pride in our exceptional customer service and it’s up to each of our team members to create the friendly atmosphere that our customers expect and enjoy. - Restaurant Experience: 1 year
- Be able to retain and demonstrate proper policies and procedures delivered by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
- Deliver exceptional guest service within the standards of management and Hummus Republic policies
- Manage shift expectations and contribute to the Hummus Republic vibe and culture
- Be a product expert able to make recommendations as guests are ordering
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by establishing, following, and complying with sanitation standards and procedures
Food Service

- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude

- Perform station opening/closing duties on each shift.
- Speak to guests to ensure satisfaction with food, drinks and service.
