The Hummus Republic Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Conditions of Enrollment
Membership in The Hummus Republic loyalty program is designed for individual use and is granted at the discretion of The Hummus Republic. Each member is limited to one account, and points cannot be pooled or combined with other accounts. Members must be at least 18 years of age to join.
Members must provide their legal name (matching government-issued photo identification), address, phone number, valid email address, and date of birth when registering. Account-specific information will be sent via email to the primary email address in the member’s account. Members are responsible for notifying The Hummus Republic of any changes to their information by emailing contact@
Points are transferable only to a legal spouse or domestic partner in the case of the documented death of the member. Points are not transferable for any other reason, including divorce or inheritance, and may not be bartered or sold for cash or other consideration. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Current employees of The Hummus Republic are not eligible to participate in the loyalty program.
The Hummus Republic reserves the right to amend, suspend, or change the program and its rules at any time without notice. Members do not acquire property rights in accrued points or rewards. By enrolling and/or participating in the program, members agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
Members may withdraw from the loyalty program in writing by contacting us via email at contact@thehummusrepublic.
Inactive accounts will be suspended after 18 months of inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive for 24 months will be deleted, including any accrued points and benefits.
Earning Points
- Members earn 10 points for every $1.00 spent on food and beverages (excluding tax and gratuity) at participating Hummus Republic locations or when ordering through the app.
- Points are accrued at the time of purchase when the member’s loyalty account information is provided.
- Additional points may be earned through special promotions.
- Points earned will typically appear in a member’s account within 24 hours of purchase.
- Points may NOT be earned retroactively for purchases made prior to membership in the program.
Limitations on Earning Points
- Points cannot be earned when using third-party delivery platforms (e.g., DoorDash, Postmates, GrubHub).
- Missing transaction requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date and are subject to approval.
- Requests for credit are limited to 5 transactions over the lifetime of a member’s account.
Redeeming Points
- Points are only redeemable through The Hummus Republic app and at participating locations.
- Rewards are not automatically issued; points must be redeemed by the member to receive a reward.
- Rewards cannot be used for alcoholic beverages, taxes, or gratuity.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Abuse of The Hummus Republic Loyalty Program Benefits
The Hummus Republic reserves the right to change or terminate this program or any individual loyalty account if benefits are abused. Misuse of loyalty accounts, including unauthorized transfer or redemption of points, will result in account deactivation.
