Do my reward points expire?
Yes, reward points are valid for 180 days from the date they are earned. Giving you plenty of time to redeem your points for your favorite menu items.
I missed a transaction! Can I still get my points?
Of course—we’ve got you covered. Simply visit the Contact Us page (found in the top-right menu of the app) and share your order number. We’ll hand-deposit those points into your account within 2 business days.
How do I redeem my points for rewards?
To add a video to your site, click the “Insert” button and navigate to the “Media” section. Then, drag and drop a video component onto the Canvas.It’s easy. You can browse and claim your earned rewards under the Rewards Tab, or simply apply your available balance during the Checkout process.
Can I earn points on catering orders?
Absolutely. Whether you're feeding the whole "village" or a small gathering, you’ll earn points on catering orders placed through the app or website while signed into your Hummus Republic account.
